I hold Diplomas in Yoga, Aromatherapy, Swedish/Remedial Massage & Reflexology - together with Certificates in Nutrition, Counselling, Bowen Therapy, Reiki, Colour Therapy, Herbal Medicine, Chakras & Crystal Healing. Mind body therapy has and continues to have a tremendously positive impact on my life.
